received for transportation, for week ending 28th May, by Capt.
Cothran AQM appears a shipment of 28 mules & four horses to Capt.
Anderson Atlanta. The QMGenl. wishes me to notify you that in future no
shipment of horses or mules must be permitted by rail, for
such distances as would permit the stock to be driven especially when
corn is waiting transportation. *** |
