   See Mr. Lanford and learn if seven car loads of rifles and ammunition on the way from Wilmington to Petersburg can be brought on without interfering with transportation of Forage and subsistence absolutely needed for General Lee's army. The rifles can come by passenger train it is suppose, as they will be sent from Wilmington. Answer.
