of this date applying for Rail Road facilities for transportation of
flour from Richmond and Lynchburg to Montgomery Ala, Atlanta Ga,
Charleston and Columbia SC and Charlotte NC. |
| So soon as your requisitions are made,
stating the quantity of flour to be transported to these points, they
will be responded to, to the full extent of the ability of this
Department. |
