| It is important that all the field transportation for
troops ordered from Genl Holmes command to Virginia should be sent by
rail immediately to Petersburg {Wilmington &
Weldon RR and Petersburg RR}. Capt Langdon Asst Quartermaster
will be at Goldsboro this day to arrange about this. |

once. |
