| Two Regiments of troops are now rapidly
organizing. Will begin to move by Sunday next, from their points of
rendezvous, destined for Lynchburg. Prepare to move them rapidly, and
arrange with the roads West of you {East
Tennessee & Virginia RR} to avoid delay. Telegraph me at
once in reply. The first troops will reach Knoxville by Tuesday. |
