| The order issued by Genl Lee in regard to
the management of trains, will not prevent you, in case of necessity,
from transferring an Engine from one rail road to another connecting
route. It had better be done through the Superintendents of the roads,
who should be willing to regulate the time of departure of the Engine
on the road to which it is transferred. |
