| A quantity of sugar purchased by the State of
Mississippi for the use of her troops in the field, is reported to be at
Montgomery enroute for the Mississippi Depot at Richmond. |
| Transportation for this sugar will be furnished, at
such times, and in such quantities, as will not interfere with the
transportation of Government freights. |
