| You will please report at once, whether in
consequence of recent instructions from this office, any passenger
trains were discontinued on Railways running in either direction from
Raleigh? If so, whether one or both passenger trains were
discontinued? and for how long a period? And whether one or two daily
passenger trains are now running on those roads. I have
received complaints that the orders have not been executed. |
