| You will please report to this office
whether, in consequence of my recent instructions any passenger trains
were stopped on the Columbia & Charlotte {Charlotte
& South Carolina RR}, and Charlotte & Raleigh {North
Carolina} Rail Road? If so, whether one or both daily trains
were discontinued? for how long a period? And whether one or two daily
passenger trains are now running on that Road. I have received
complaints that the orders have not been executed. |
