| Yours of 17th ultimo covering a letter from
the Auditor of Westn & At. R. R. {Western &
Atlantic RR} has been received. In reply I am happy to state that
the accounts of that road wee ordered paid over a week ago, without
deduction for loss or damage. Capt Frizzel was ordered to keep accurate
account of any loss or damage that might occur, in order that an appeal
might be made to the Georgia Legislature for redress. |
