of a letter from J. W. Rogers, A. C. S. dated at Grand Junction on the
10th inst. |
The delays in the transmission of Govt.
freights are productive of much inconvenience and embarrassment, and I
bring the statements contained in this letter to your notice, that you
may give the necessary instructions to the officers and agents of your
road to prevent the recurrence of similar interruption to
transportation in the future. |
