| Herewith you will find the papers in the
case of the claim of the Winchester & Potomac Rail Road Company,
for Rail Road iron, furnished the Confederate States in excess of
wagonage furnished the said Company by the said States, amounting to
the sum of six hundred and thirty seven dollars and fifty cents, all
of which appears by evidence from Captain Thos. R. Sharp, and your
letter, enclosed with this letter, which amount you are directed to
pay. |
