| The Secretary of War "directs that
every thing taken from the Harpers Ferry Armory must be turned over to
the Ordinance Department under the contract with the State of Virginia
and cannot be diverted to any other purpose." You will be
governed accordingly, in the delivery of machinery etc taken from
Harpers Ferry Armory. |
