In reply to your telegram of 31st ult I had
the honor to telegraph you under this date 18 car loads salt are the
only Commissary Stores detained at Augusta. As soon as the Cotton
ordered shipped to Charleston has gone forward the So Ca RR will receive
& forward the salt above referred to. |
