| States he recd a dispatch from Maj Blair
requesting to be sent 1000 Bbls Flour from Richmond
{almost 13 car loads -- almost an entire train
load}, as he has been disappointed in receiving 2000 Bbls from
Lynchburg & Fredericksburg. The Agt of the
{Virginia} Central RR writes that it is impossible to transport
the Flour. Encloses a letter from him. |
