| Enclosing plans by which he intends to
procure forage for the Army of Tenn, and calls attention to the
condition of railroad transportation and what has been done to improve
the roads and desiring experienced person sent out to complete and put
roads in available condition and as to his need of animals, desires J B
Cory's Command sent him, also three reliable men as Qr Mrs to aid him.
His office at Montgomery is in charge of Capt W M Cary who will forward
letters addressed to him. |
