| Relates that an Ord Officer seized a boat
load of Coal at Demopolis on its way down to be used in repair shops of
M&O RR & said shops are closed in consequence. Also states that Govt
transportation must suffer before another supply can be obtained. Asks
that an order be issued forbidding impressment of necessary supplies
purchased or contracted for. Submitted by Maj Sims. |
