| Requests that T. R. Sharp, Agent, be
instructed to turn over to the Ordnance department the Rail Road Car
wheels, axles, draw-bars, and Pig Iron at Martinsburg. That Capt. F. P.
Clark, A. Q. M. at Winchester be authorized to furnish transportation
and assistance in removing the articles to this place. |
