letter & endorsement of Col Gorgas. If the machinery referred to is for
Rail Road is for Rail Road purposes or the repair of engines, it will be
kept for that purpose, if not required for the repair of engines, it may
be turned over to the Ordnance Dept. Please report at once about this. |
