An act for the relief of The Pensacola & Georgia Rail Road Company,
and other Rail Road Companies in this State. |

Section 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of
Representatives of the State of Florida, in General Assembly Combined
that the Governor be and he is hereby authorised to make such
arrangements as he may deem judicious and proper with the Pensacola &
Georgia Rail Road Company, and all other Rail Road Companies in this
state having Rail Road iron under bond, for the delivery to that Company
of all the rail road iron at St. Marks, and that the Collector of the
Customs for the District of St Marks or other Ports in this state be and
he is hereby required to deliver said iron on the warrant of the
Governor. |
