Dear Sir,
|

I regret to inform you that I have as yet been unable to
ship you coal for want of cars. I can not get permission to use the C
S Navy cars and the M&W RR coal cars always have some one to claim
them to my exclusion. If you could get a peremptory order from Mr.
Tyler to Mr E. B. Walker of the W&A RR to turn over to me all the
M&W RR coal cars I could perhaps get them.
