DrSir, |
I enclose you the within order from Q. M. J. H. McMahen
at Grand Junction, as a specimen of some of the trouble we have. This
??? orders are not unfrequent, and often interferes with the most
important business, and to the great determent of running trains
regularly or safely. You as a practical business you will readily see
the necessity of permitting as little of this kind of business being
done as possible.
