| How many Engines and Cars did we have at
Huntsville. Instruct Jones or any one else we have at Decatur to
destroy the two old spans of Bridge, take up the floor out of the
remainder and turn or destroy the Draw. Report condition of matters to
Genl Beauregard. Do what he instructs you to do, but I suggest the
necessity of getting every car we have West of Corinth. Clean out
Decatur, Tuscumbia, Iuka and Burns at once. |
