Have confirmed with Brinkley.
You had better order all trains west of Corinth whether loaded or
empty until you clear that plan & only let them be returned there
as fast as you can unload them. Order all the cars & engines on
Eastern Division to be brought west of Corinth or go East to
Chattanooga. Let the mail train continue to run as long as safe, but
get all other machinery out of danger. |
You & Rop can determine those matters as well as I
can.
