W. Dunnington, Chf. of Ordnance T. M. D. as it lay on the track) as per annexed statement $227 50
       
  I certify that the above account is correct and just: that Wm. Stott was employed by me to remove the Iron from the track and have it hauled out of the Miss Bottom, and that he exhibited to me the receipt of the parties for the amounts stated in the annexed statement.
