November the 27 For reimbursement of amount paid by him for labor in taking up Iron from the track of the Rail Road near Eunice Arks. (He being sent by the Ordnance Dept. as agent for that purpose)    
  as per attached statement 113 25
  {Iron removed from the Mississippi, Ouachita & Red River RR}    
 
   I certify that the above Account is correct and just; that the services were rendered as stated, and that they were necessary for the Public Service in Ord. Dept.

   Received at Camden Arks the 27th day of November 1862 of Capt. ?. ?. Peek AQM, C. S. Army, the sum of one hundred and thirteen Dollars and twenty five Cents, in full of the above Account.
