Captain,
I arrived here this morning at daylight.
One car load of coal was shipped to you on last Friday (27th) One yesterday and one today, making three in all. I think we shall get one or two more tomorrow, almost every establishment in the country that uses coal, has an agent here and you can readily imagine there is considerable pulling & Hauling.
I shall leave here just as soon as I can get all the cars loaded, and attend to the other business as pointed out in your letter of instructions. I find we had thus far in my travels, but shall continue to inquire.
Yours Respectfully
