March 2d For Transpn 28 car loads Govt property &c from Fernandina to Cap Miss. @$32 per car 896 00
   "      " For Transpn 225 men with above as train & camp guard 12 miles @ 5c 135 00
   "     " For Transpn 21 car loads Govt property from Fernandina to Camp Quitman @$32 672 00
   "     " For Transpn 400 persons with same 12 miles @ 5c 240 00
   "   3d For Transpn 30 car loads Govt property &c from Fernandina to Camp Mississippi @$32 960 00
   "   " For Transpn 300 persons with above 12 miles @ 5c 180 00
   "   " For use of train sent from Camp Mississippi to Lake City by order Col Hopkins without notifying the Officers of the Road that he had so sent it, he having previously promised immediately to return it to Fernandina to remove private property the other trains being kept off the Road to leave the track clear for said train to return 150 00
   "   4 For Transpn same train detained at Baldwin all day to bring down Lieut House 150 00
