| I have to acknowledge the
receipt of your letter of the 5th inst. requesting that the time of
removing the iron and rolling stock from the Roanoke Valley Rail Road be
extended to the 1st July next, and to say, in reply, that your letter
has been referred to the commission -- Col. Garnett & Capt. Walker --
with the request that they correspond with you on the subject. |
