R. L. Singletary, Prest. of the Charleston & Savannah R. Rd. (in
consideration of the great military importance of the road) at the
contract price, seven dozen of the shovels you have contracted to
furnish this Bureau, provided after the expiration of the time of
delivery you will furnish in their place and additional seven dozen,
as promptly as possible. |
