| Please inform me whether the R. R. Iron
recently obtained from the {Richmond &} York River R. R. is now ready for delivery
at the {Richmond &} Petersburg depot, or if not, whether all arrangements have been
made to secure its delivery with the least possible delay. This object
is one of great importance, & I cannot too earnestly impress upon
you the necessity of prompt & energetic action. |
