| A working party of twenty (20) negroes,
with a foreman will be in readiness tomorrow morning at 6 o'clock at
the Petersburg depot, to assist in the repairs of your Road. |
| For the greater security of the negroes
thus engaged, would it not be better to take measures to have them
returned to the city every night. |
