| I am instructed by the Hon Secy of War to
request you to have a working party of (20) negroes, with a foreman
ready tomorrow morning at 6 o'clock at the Petersburg depot to assist
in the repair of the Richmond & Petersburg R. R. Mr. Gill the Supt
will be instructed to provide for the transportation of the party. |
