| Eng. Bur. 17th May 1864. Respy returned to
Hon Secy of War. Lt. Col Minor Meriwether received instructions a
month since to do all in his power to press forward this connection {this
could only refer to the Blue Mountain RR connection}. A letter
has been written calling his attention to this important subject again
& I believe that every thing will be done that can be by Col. M. |
