Farmville Va. & examine into & report upon the damage
inflicted upon the R. R. bridge near that point {the
High Bridge on the South Side RR (Bridge
13)} by the recent freshet,
the time which will probably be required for its repair & the
propriety of the reconstruction being undertaken, either in part or
wholly by the Engr Dept. |
