transportation ticket be furnished Mr. Samuel Pilson an employee of the
Engineer Department, to enable him to travel between Richmond and Coal
Field Station, Richmond & Danville R. R. at Pleasure, & for the hands to
be employed in getting out timber to build the new bridge over the upper
James River. |
