from Jas. C. Turner Chf Engr & Supt N. C. R. Rd relative to the unlaid

"The importance of procuring iron is so
great that after due reflection and a careful perusal of Chf Engineer
Turner's letter it is still earnestly recommended that the original
order be executed. |
