| Requesting Chief Engineer Bureau to draw a
requisition upon the Secretary of the Treasury for the amount of bonds
bearing 8 per cent int. to which the Piedmont R. Rd. Co. are entitled
less seventy five thousand dollars advanced them. Act approved 10th
February '62, appropriating one million of dollars to said road. The
funds to be given to Mr. Harvie President of Road or his authorized
agent. |
