Sulakowski Chf Eng'r of the Dist, Qr Mrs at the Post of Houston Texas,
will whenever they can be spared, furnish Govt teams, and wagons
with drivers, from time to time to Lieut W. E. Wood of the Eng'r Dep't,
for the purpose of transporting timber for Railway connection.
