Train will leave here for Va Point tonight at one oclock a. m. loaded
with guns, ammunition &c. General Magruder directs that you unload the
flats, as soon as they arrive but without waiting for this that you send
the engine directly back to Galveston. When the flats are unloaded you
will take proper care of the guns, ammunition &c and send the flats back
by the first train coming to Galveston.
