| I am instructed to direct you
to make provision along the line of the North Eastern R. Road for the
transportation of all negroes sent by Planters to Depots to work on the
fortifications. |
| Particularly must
transportation be provided at St. Stephens Depot on Saturday morning
next for such negroes as may be collected there by Mr J Duboise Porcher
or others on that day. |
