| IV. On the representation of the Qr Mrs
Dept and of Rail Road officials, that the transportation of forage and
other Qr Mr supplies is obstructed by the undue accumulation of Cotton
at certain Depots, Maj Pringle will take measures to have all such
obstructions promptly removed by the immediate transportation to its
destination of all such public cotton. |
