the wood & timber contractors on the Columbia Branch of your Road will
be exempt from the call by the State for Coast Slave Labor. I enclose
exemptions for the parties named in your communication of 3d instant to
Genl B. as you will oblige by delivering these Certificates to the
parties concerned. To Col Strannon (State Agent) a copy of this order
has been sent. |
