II. Maj. E. C. Simkins, Chf Q. M. will procure an engine
and as many cars as can be spared from the P. & G. R. R.
{Pensacola & Georgia RR}, Fla. R. R.
{Florida RR}, F. A. & G. C. R. R.
{Florida, Atlantic & Gulf Central RR} to be
kept at Baldwin for use in case of emergency. This order is not intended
to be carried into effect unless it can be done without interfering with
the regular supplies of this command and the transportation necessary
therefor. |
