The Major Genl Comdg desires that you ascertain if the
repairs of the rail road from Lake City to Tallahassee
{Pensacola & Georgia RR} are completed, and
if not, that you notify the President of the Road that we are ready to
furnish him assistance in the repairs, which you are hereby authorized
to so. |

The Maj. Genl. Commdg desires that you keep him advised of
the condition of the R Roads in his department at all times. It is very
essential that he should be at all times fully acquainted therewith. The
prompt repair of the present brakes is deemed of the highest importance. |
