   You will immediately take steps to have the flat loaded with rail road iron which sank in the river near the city some time ago raised, and the iron recovered.
   You will also have the rail road iron at the foundry sent to Fort Caswell with the exception of sixteen long bars.
   Have the iron rods that were at the battery on the river near the obstructions brought up and left at the foundry.
