Repeated complaints are made
by the Rail Road conductors of interference on the part of Cavalry at
Citronelli {33 miles north of Mobile on the Mobile
& Ohio RR}. The Lieut Genl desires to know what Cavalry this is.
If that which has been relieved in your District it must be ordered to
move on at once, and commanding officer notified that the conduct of his
men will subject him to arrest and punishment. Send for Conductors and
investigate the matter. |
