The Major General Comdg upon investigation finds that
private freight has not been interfered with b Government officials.
That the delay occasioned to the shipment of private supplies was the
M&O Rail Road {Mobile & Ohio RR} has
resulted from obligations of the Company to perform certain other
matters, and not by any orders from Government representatives. |
