   I certify upon honor, that the above articles have been received by me for the Meridian & Selma Rail Road and have been used for the Alabama & Mississippi Rivers Rail Road Company, completing a portion of said Meridian & Selma Rail Road and that the same was purchased of the Cahaba, Marion & Greensboro Rail Road Company at reasonable prices and that the sum of Ninety Five Thousand Four Hundred & Eighteen 63/100Dollars is due said Company for the same. done by order of Genl Braxton Bragg

Genl., can pay the amount ??? to the Cahaba Marion & Greensboro R Road Compy or its duly authorized attorney. This ??ment will be reimbursed by charging the amount paid against transportation earned hereafter by the Selma & Meridian R Road Company.
