Dear Sir,
It is very important to have considerable amount of Masonry done on this Road during this Winter and the coming Spring, and I find it impossible to employ Masons not connected with the Army.
I understand Thomas Butler of Company "B" 19th Regiment of Georgia Volunteers is competent for the business and I hereby request a transfer for him, to act in said capacity.
Yours, Very Respectfully
Geo. G. Hull
